It consists of three parts: ultrasonic detector, water pump and real-time monitoring box. Among them, the ultrasonic detector is installed in the diversion well, which can utilize the characteristics of ultrasonic conduction to accurately monitor the water level in real time and realize intelligent linkage with the pump.
According to Guo Yurui, a technical staff member of the Jiulongpo District Municipal Facilities Maintenance Management Office, when the water level reaches 0.8 meters, a pump will be started to pump water. When the water level reaches 1.3 meters, there will be two pumps to pump water. If the water level reaches 1.5 meters. An alarm will be issued.
Subsequently, in order to simulate a sudden rainstorm, the rainwater was immersed in the underground passage from the ground to cause flooding, and the staff poured water into the diversion well of the ground. As the water level continues to rise, all parameters during this period are faithfully presented to real-time monitoring boxes, mobile phones and back-end terminals.
It is understood that in the past, most of the groundwater diversion wells used the physical method of floating water to monitor the water level to control the operation of the pump. Affected by technological lag, work efficiency in water level monitoring, pump operation, and manual rescue is greatly reduced. With the ultrasonic intelligent liquid level system, these problems will also be solved. After passing the system, the staff can monitor the status of the equipment operation and the water level in real time for 24 hours. When the water level reaches a certain warning value, the pump will automatically start and pump water. When the water level reaches the highest alarm value, it will issue a reminder to work. The personnel will rush to the scene for emergency treatment.
